Remote Music

Listening to music—especially familiar, calming, or emotionally resonant pieces—can offer real benefits for individuals with neurodegenerative diseases. Listening to music can help reduce anxiety, improve mood, stimulate memory, and even spark moments of connection when words are hard to find.

While our student musicians provide live performances in person, we’ve also curated playlists to bring that same sense of comfort and joy to those we can’t reach directly. Whether played during quiet afternoons or shared with loved ones, we hope these selections offer peace, familiarity, and a little spark of happiness.
